Citizens of Montreal and Toronto are often complaining about the state of their roads and the dense traffic they have to go through everyday in rush hours, and they have the right do to it! Montreal won both third and fifth places of the top 10 most congested roads in North America, while Toronto closes this select group by taking the final spot.
